So here are a few quicky recipes that we both love:
Fluff - 3 points per serving
One 8oz container Fat Free Cool Whip
One small sugar free/fat free banana pudding (experiment with other flavors you like)
One 20oz can of crushed pineapple (well drained)
Mix all together and divide into four dishes
We used fresh strawberries the other day and it was even better.
Potato Wedges - 2 points for 4 ounces
8 oz of potatoes - cut into wedges
Toss with EVOO, rosemary, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until desired crispiness
That's my sharing for today.
I did have a chicken taco salad today from Taco Hell (20 points), counted them from my 49 weekly points and don't feel quilty about it. Had to stop that damn craving. Haven't had Taco Bell since I started WW in October.
I don't know how to set up my own posting so I'm commenting on saras...any ideas for a satisfying lunch on fridays during lent? I usually do a deli sandwich or frozen that has chicken in it but being a good catholic means no meat!
ReplyDeleteOkay how about a WW or lean cuisine pizza, salad with tuna, let me think some more and post some suggestions over the weekend. Joe knows how to set up your blog account so you can create new posts
