Meant to add: I lost 3 pounds this week. Eat PROTEIN and use half of your weekly 49 points. That is what our leader told me two weeks ago. First week sucked, but 2nd week, 3 pounds and no exercise......I have bagel and peanut butter for breakfast, 2 oz meat for lunch (dinner leftovers such as, meatloaf, chicken, etc) with vegetables. Snacks: cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese stick, tomato and cuke.
Today I roasted a ton of fresh vegetables which will last me the week (hopefully) brocolli, cauliflower, summer squash, zucchini, asparagus; tossed with EVOO, garlic and onion powder. Meant to add an onion and tomatoes. Next week I will do that.
